A new online community for photographers in the Bahamas has been set up at shoottheislands.com.
The welcome message for this online community (which is set out on the blog page of the site) states as follows:
“ShootTheIslands.com is a new community for photographers in the Bahamas. Whether you are a budding amateur with your first point & shoot camera, or a seasoned pro with all the gear, we hope you’ll join us to learn, share, show off, or just meet other photographers.
We hope to build the community both online and off, organising photowalks, meetups, exhibitions and more, but we need your help. If you don’t get involved, then we can’t grow!
So join in, introduce yourself in the forums, post your work and make friends!”
